The Scriptures reveal to us the Person of God. He is loving, just, merciful, omniscient, gracious, faithful – but above all, He is holy. When God reveals Himself to man through the pages of the Bible, to Moses at the burning bush, to Isaiah in his vision, and John’s revelation of the heavenly throne room, His holiness is foremost.
In Revelation 4 we read of the worship that will be given to God, “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come… Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”
As we look forward to this glorious time, our prayer is that this recording will remind you that God is worthy, that we have been created for His pleasure, and that He receives all glory.
